Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all Australian-based orders over $150 (excluding GST), with the exception of orders containing hard props.


Why do your shipping rates vary?

Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of your parcel. We charge the standard Australia Post rates for your particular location or country and also offer Express Shipping/Expedited International Shipping options in checkout.

How long will my delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days via Australia Post and will generally take 3-5 business days to reach you within Australia. We also offer Express Post if you require your order urgently, with Express delivery times around 24-48 hours (dependent upon Australia Post). For international orders, delivery times range between 2-3 weeks in most cases.


Do you provide order tracking?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an order confirmation email and a separate email from Australia Post with tracking information. For international orders, once your package arrives locally you'll be able to use the same tracking information to view your order within your local postal carrier's delivery network.

Do you restock sold out products?

Yes! If our products are showing as sold out on the website, they will normally be restocked. Simply leave your email on the website listing and you'll be notified once they restock. You can also check our socials for all updates on product restocks/updates or feel free to contact us if you're after something in particular!


Do colours vary between designs?

We stock many designs and each is available in its own set of colours. Each listing will have an image showing the available colours for that particular design. Please note: the same colour name may vary between designs, so we recommend checking the listing's colour image for the most accurate representation of colour (for example - an "ivory" colour of one design may be different to an "ivory" colour of the next design). Our products are created in different batches so please allow for slight colour differences. We will always do our best to portray colours accurately in store.


Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Please contact us directly to arrange your gift voucher, in a denomination of your choice :)


How do I return an item?

We offer returns/exchanges on all of our items, with the exception of clearance stock. Please view our return policy here and feel free to contact us to arrange a return/exchange.


How do I know I'm purchasing a quality item?

We have been supplying newborn props to photographers for over 10 years, and have our own designated suppliers that we rely upon to create quality products for our customers. When you place an order with us we can guarantee that you will be receiving a beautiful & high quality product.
