Shipping & Returns


** PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 and changes to courier services, we are experiencing delays with delivery of customer orders. Please allow extra time for your order to reach you. Check your email tracking for an approximate ETA or otherwise contact us. Thank you for your patience. **

All standard orders within Australia will be delivered within approximately 2-7 business days (please allow longer for some regional areas).  Parcels are sent through Sendle couriers within Australia with full tracking available. 

International parcels are also sent with Sendle couriers, with tracking available. The normal turnaround delivery timeframe for international orders is approximately 2 - 4 weeks, depending on your location. Please note Sendle may take a few days to update tracking information for international orders.

Please note: Princess & the Pea Props are not responsible for any goods sent to an incorrect address; please make sure your delivery address is correct when you checkout in store.

If applicable, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

At Princess & the Pea Props we take great pride in our products and thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 1 week of your order being received for an exchange or store credit provided it is unused.  If you need to return an item, please contact us via the contact form on our website, or via email:

Please note, shipping charges cannot be refunded, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of faulty goods).
