Shipping & Returns


** Please Note: Due to Covid-19 and changes to postal services, we are experiencing some delays with delivery of customer orders. Please allow extra time for your order to reach you. Thank you for your patience. **

All standard orders within Australia will be delivered within approximately 2-7 business days (please allow longer for some regional areas).  Parcels are sent through Australia Post or Couriers Please/StarTrack with full tracking available. Express Post within Australia is also available for selected products (excludes larger props).

International parcels are also sent through Australia Post, with tracking available. The normal turnaround delivery timeframe for international orders is approximately 2 - 4 weeks, depending on your location. 

If applicable, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.


At Princess & the Pea Props we take great pride in our products and thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 1 week of your order being received for an exchange or store credit provided it is unused.  If you need to return an item, please contact us via the contact form on our website, or via email:

Please note, shipping charges cannot be refunded, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of faulty goods).
